- Minimum transaction amount for Citi/ICICI/Kotak Bank Cards is Rs.5,000 (net of other discounts).
- Minimum transaction amount for RuPay Cards is Rs.1,000 (net of other discounts)
Offer and Maximum Savings as below:
- Bonus offer cashback will be credited in your Amazon Pay balance within 3 days of order shipment.
- Bonus offer is applicable only once per applicable card respectively during the sale period from 00:00 hrs 29th October 2020 to 23:59 hrs, 4th November, 2020
- To avail the bonus offer, the net order value post all discounts (including those due to Exchange and No Cost EMI) should be equal to or greater then Rs.30,000. In the below example, the order will not be eligible for the Bonus Offer as the net order value is below Rs.30,000
- Citi Paytm First Credit Card holders will get cashback instead of Instant Discount and Amazon Pay cashback. Cashback will be posted as statement credit within 90 working days of the transaction being made
- True Citi Private Client & Citi Gold Debit Card holders who fulfill the aforementioned criteria will be entitled to receive an additional cashback of 10% up to Rs.1500 on minimum spend of Rs 5000 over and above the 10% Instant Discount as stated above in Point (d) except the Bonus offer. For example if the cardholder makes a purchase worth Rs. 10,000, she/he will receive and Instant discount of Rs.1000 during checkout and an additional cashback of Rs 1,000 for a total savings of Rs. 2,000. Cashback will be posted as statement credit within 90 working days of the transaction being made
- The offers mentioned in Point (d) to Point (i) are not applicable on the below models. For these products the offer is as below for Citi Credit/Debit cards, ICICI Bank Credit/Debit cards and Kotak Bank Credit/Debit cards.

As long as Rs. 5,000 or more is charged to your Citibank/ICICI/Kotak Bank Card, or Rs. 1000 or more is charged to your RuPay Card, while making an eligible purchase on Amazon.in/Amazon App, you will get an Instant Discount on the purchase
What is the minimum transaction size for the discount for the duration of the event?
The minimum transaction amount to avail the offer is Rs. 5,000 for Citi/ICICI/Kotak Bank Cards and Rs. 1,000 for RuPay Cards in a single transaction on Amazon.in (of eligible products), net of buybacks, refunds and cancellations
I purchased an eligible item but still did not get Instant Discount. Why?
On Card Payment for COD transactions, customer would not get Instant discount. Net Banking transactions are NOT included in this Offer. Corporate Cards are also excluded from the offer. Citi Paytm First Credit Card holders will get cashback instead of Instant Discount, credited within 90 working days of the transaction. Bonus offer will be credited as Amazon Pay balance within 3 days of order shipment.
Would I get the Bank offer even if I make a part payment using my Amazon Pay Balance?
Yes, you would get Instant Discount but only on the amount charged on your Citi/ICICI/Kotak Bank and RuPay Credit/Debit Cards.Also, to avail instant discount, your Citi/ICICI/Kotak Bank card should be charged for a minimum amount of Rs.5,000. For RuPay Cards, your card should be charged for Rs. 1000.
Can I get this offer with Exchange offer or No Cost EMI?
Yes, the offer is valid even if you buy with Exchange or No Cost EMI or both. Down-Payment EMI transactions are not eligible for the offer. To avail the bonus offer, the net order value post all discounts (including those due to Exchange and No Cost EMI ) should be equal to or greater then Rs.30,000.
Are net Banking purchases also included in this Offer?
Net Banking purchases are NOT included in this Offer.
