Terms & Conditions for availing the Offer:
· Additional instant discount on using Axis Bank Credit or Debit Cards or Credit Card EMI on purchases made on Tata CLiQ E-commerce site (tatacliq.com), respective Mobile site and mobile application during the promotion period for a Net Transaction Value* of Rs 5000.
· The Net Cart Value is the total cart value arrived at after all applicable discounts including coupon code but before availing discounts under this Offer. In case CLiQ Cash is being used to make a partial payment, Net Cart Value will be calculated after reducing the amount being paid by using CLiQ Cash in addition to the product and coupon discounts. To avail of the offer the amount being paid through Axis Credit card/Debit card has to be more than the min purchase price of the respective offer. The customer is advised to check the applicability of the discount before proceeding for Payment
· Customer is also eligible for an additional cashback of Rs. 500, if the transaction is done through an Axis Bank Credit Card EMI transaction and the Net Cart Value is more than Rs. 20,000. For purposes of clarity, if the customer uses EMI as a payment option using an Axis bank Credit Card, and the total amount paid through the credit card is more than Rs. 18,500 the customer will be eligible for the additional cashback.
· Offer is Valid only once per card per customer during the offer period.
· To avail the Additional instant discount the total payment of the transaction needs to be made using a valid and eligible Axis Credit or Debit card.
· Offer is available on select products. Offer is not valid on Tata CLiQ Gift Cards, Brand Gift Cards, Insurance. Gold Coins, Seller Trent Limited, Pantaloons, Page Industries Limited, Landmark and Tata CLiQ Luxury. The customer is advised to check the product description page for validity of the offer on that particular product.
· This offer is valid for purchases made on the Eligible products during the “Offer Period”. Cardholders are required to check the product page of the product(s) if the offer is valid for that product.
· Offer not valid on net banking, Commercial cards and corporate card of Axis Bank.
· Tata UniStore Limited reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to add/modify/alter/change and/or withdraw this offer at any time at its sole discretion.
· Cashback shall be credited to the customer’s card account within 120 days from the date of transaction. In case of delay in posting or non-posting of CashBack if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & have the CashBack posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.
· Tata Unistore Limited reserves the right to cancel an order in case of any fraudulent activity including creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating the terms and conditions. Upon cancellation, the order will not be reinstated.
· Maximum discount that can be availed per order will be as per the offers mentioned
· Offer cannot be combined with any other offer/promotion running on the site
· The discount offered will under no circumstances be settled in cash
· Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions.
